Mistura can exchange any article ordered online and that has not been worn within 30 days from the date of delivery to another item but with the same value or a payment must be required for items that have more value or a misturacanada.com Gift Certificate will be issued for those with less value from the original purchase.
You have the right to return any article order online and that has not been worn within 15 days from the date of delivery for full refund. All refunds will be prepared in the type of original payment or misturacanada.com Gift Certificate for the same amount. Please send original receipt in the return box and keep a copy of this for future references. The shipping and taxes values will not be refunded.
Mistura does not refund money while exchanging Mistura Canada products, however you will receive a gift card for your balance. Please send original receipt in the exchange box and keep a copy of this for future references. On the back of your receipt notify which item would you like to exchange it for with the reference number and the name of the new article.
